The most dangerous job in my mind: The firefighters

There are many dangerous jobs in the world, but I want to introduce the most dangerous job in my mind: The firefighters who need to keep strong body and have the courage to save people’s lives in dangerous places, such as fire scene or high mountains.

In Taiwan, the firefighters save people and in addition they also need to check the fire facilities in public buildings, and make the fire drill for schools and companies, but some of the shop owners didn’t really follow the policy, and made big troubles.

2020, April, A serious structure fire happened in a karaoke, after one and half hours the firefighters saved hundreds of people, but still 6 people died and 54 people got injured, the investigation shown out the karaoke was closed the fire facilities, so there was no warning alarm when the fire happened.

That was a really serious event in Taiwan and it also adapted to be a TV series called “Tears on Fire” which introduced the firefighter’s dangerous job and their life story, the director said she want to let more people know about firefighters and the firefighting knowledge from this series.
